Kia ora,

I’m Lucy, Founder of Wild Tree Digital.

I founded Wild Tree Digital with the aim to be different. To not be like other agencies. To keep it personal, and build lasting relationships based on trust and respect.

With almost a decade of experience building websites for a wide range of industries, my journey began with a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and a career in supply chain and sales. I only found my passion when I left big corporate and started my own business, combining my background in coding with an interest in graphic design.

Everyone who knows me, knows I love my job. The constant learning curve, researching different companies, industries, products and markets. Each projects has a unique challenge, and I enjoy finding a way to connect with the right audience. The diversity of businesses we work with means that no two days are ever the same.

I’d like everyone who works with us to have a positive experience, and building long-lasting relationships with our clients has been the cornerstone of Wild Tree’s growth and success.

I’m Joy, Senior Web and Graphic Designer at Wild Tree Digital.

I graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering and have always enjoyed the fast-paced world of technology. However, my passion for the arts has been equally strong. I discovered my love for web and graphic design during my first job, where I found the perfect blend of tech and creativity.

With over 15 years of experience in designing and developing websites, my favorite aspect of the job is the continuous learning—not just the technical side, but also studying different brands and understanding clients. There's never a dull moment!

Outside of work, I enjoy parenting my two daughters and two cats with my husband. You can find me drawing, dancing, and traveling.

I’m Sarah, Wild Tree’s Creative Copywriter.

I realised early on that my passion was writing – so here I am, making a career of it!

I graduated with a BA in English and Communication and followed it up with a Graduate Diploma in Marketing. I’ve worked as a freelance copywriter, building my portfolio and gaining valuable experience in the content writing sphere.

Upon learning about Wild Tree Digital, I knew that our values aligned, and I wanted to be part of the team. I’ve quickly learned to never underestimate the impact of an extraordinary website – it can make or break your business.

When I’m not glued to my laptop, I enjoy spending time with my beloved black cat, catching up on the latest TV show with my partner, or basking outdoors in the sunshine. I grew up on a farm in rural Waikato but now reside in busier Auckland.

I am thrilled to be working with words and helping businesses at the same time.

I’m Sam, your Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for helping New Zealand businesses grow through Google and Meta ads. My interest started with a fascination for how the right ad can connect businesses with the perfect audience. I knew early on that I wanted to do things differently—no cookie-cutter approaches, just tailored strategies that deliver real results.

With years of hands-on experience, I’ve worked across various industries, building campaigns that not only increase visibility but also drive meaningful engagement. I enjoy diving into the data, understanding consumer behaviour, and continually tweaking campaigns to ensure they hit the mark.

I believe in building strong, long-lasting partnerships with our clients, based on trust and transparency.
